We send our products via regular postal service. Shipment costs are as follows:

• By regular mail in the Netherlands (EUR 8.95)

• By regular mail to other European countries (EUR 18.95)

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. If the stock is available, the orders are dispatched within three working days after receiving your payment. You will be immediately notified after your shipment takes place.


Please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact us. We will be happy to assist in sending a replacement. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Astralibris.com webshop.

In case you are not satisfied with the purchased product, we shall return your payment, provided that you returned the product in the original, complete, intact and unused condition within two weeks after delivery.
